By accessing and using iVerify Africa ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. About Our Service
iVerify Africa provides business verification services including company registration verification, domain ownership verification, security scanning, and digital certificates. Our verification levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) represent different tiers of verification thoroughness.
3. Verification Disclaimer
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date verification data, iVerify Africa does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all information. Verification statuses may change after the date of verification. Users should always conduct their own due diligence.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One account per person or entity.
5. Payments
All payments are processed securely through PayFast and PayPal. Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and certificates on iVerify Africa are the intellectual property of iVerify Africa (Pty) Ltd. Certificates are licensed for display purposes only and may not be altered or forged.
7. Limitation of Liability
iVerify Africa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
